Overview

Communicare provides primary medical care through our CCBHC grant, offering services to people in our six-county area. Our primary care and mental health teams work together so individuals can receive coordinated, whole-person care in one place.

Hepatitis C Testing and Treatment

Communicare provides Hepatitis C screening, testing, and treatment. We help with every step of care, including education and regular check-ins. Treatment is available for adults in all six counties, and we make referrals when more medical services are needed.

On-Site Lab Services

Communicare has a CLIA-waived lab that allows for many same-day tests, including:

  • Complete Blood Count (CBC)

  • Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP)

  • Lipid panel

  • A1C

  • Rapid COVID

  • Rapid strep

  • Pregnancy tests

  • Urinalysis

If more testing is needed, we collect samples on-site and work with partner labs to return results in 24–48 hours.
